21 months in the making, Lego Firefly’s Serenity is incredible feat of Lego engineering

Creativity knows no bounds only sky is the limit. This suits no better than to some creative genii who play with Lego bricks and come out to impress us every now and then. We are flabbergasted again and so you will be too. Just check out this accurate Lego model of Firefly’s Serenity from Adrian Drake and you’ll rhyme with me.

Putting in 475 hours over the last 21 months and using 70,000 Lego bricks, Adrian Drake painstakingly built this amazing replica of Firefly’s Serenity. The meticulously built Lego model, which is incredible feat of Lego engineering, is seven feet long and weighs 135-pound.

What makes this Lego replica of Firefly’s Serenity spaceship standout is the fact that it contains all the compartments from the set, both engines rotate, the cargo bay and drive light up,  wings expand and Inara’s shuttle detaches. However, it excludes the engine room that was bit too hard to include in the Lego setup.
