Nissan will come to the 2012 Paris motor show with many production and prototype cars. Joining the Nissan Terra at the show will be a facelifted 370Z in coupe and roaders versions, Juke NISMO and NV200 Taxi that will make their European debut. However, little details have been made about the aforementioned vehicles from the Japanese automaker’s arsenal.
Nissan’s all time hit 370Z has been upgraded with newly designed front fascia, LED daytime running lights at each corner of the fresh bumper, new color options and wheels designs. As the news about Nissan working hard on developing the successor of 370Z that might get a more powerful 4.0-liter engine, we expect Paris bound 370Z can have the same power plant.
Another vehicle debuting at the Paris is Juke NISMO that flaunts the aerodynamic body kit comprising of wide wings, side skirts, more elegant grill, new bumpers and 18” alloy wheels. The NISMO will get a refined version of Nissan’s direct injection 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol mill and no power or performance figures are available so far. However, some of its other prominent features include torque vectoring for better handling, stiff suspension and new chassis. The NISMO will hit the European markets in January 2013.
That’s not all and Nissan’s booth as Paris Motor Show will also showcase a new NV200 London Taxi, NV200 NY city taxi, special edition Micra Elle, Qashqai 360 as well as PIVO 3 Zero Emissions concept car. So, stay tuned and keep reading autochunk for latest updates of the show.
